Your Hedera Testnet account is what is used to interact with and pay for the various network services. 

A client has given you a project coded HEDERA21 worth 5 million 😮 to be created using the Hedera Token Service.  You forgot the password to the account but you had noted down the accountID and the Private Key (these two can be used programatically to receive your tokens) of your account on a piece of paper which is now nowhere to be seen.
